UI/UX Designer
We're on the lookout for a talented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly web/mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma).
- Familiarity with wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software and wireframe tools.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
